Refund and cancellation policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time, in Settings, under Billing.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you aren't charged again.
• A cancelled subscription can't be restarted. After it ends, you can subscribe again.

We refund a payment in full in these cases, if you ask within 7 days of the payment:

• An accidental duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same period, or for a second subscription on the same account. When we find a second subscription on one account ourselves, we cancel and refund it without being asked.
• Paid, but no Pro: you were charged, but Pro didn't turn on for your account and we couldn't fix it.

Other payments aren't refunded, including the unused part of a period after you cancel.

Email hello@thesystemround.com from the email address on your account, with the date and the amount of the payment (Razorpay's receipt has both). Razorpay returns an approved refund to the way you paid; how long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.

We'll change the date at the top when we update this policy. A change applies to payments made after it.
