These terms govern use of SystemRound during beta and beyond.
Last updated May 22, 2026
SystemRound provides system design interview practice, lessons, AI-assisted mock interviews, reasoning-aware grading, and debriefs. By using the service, you agree to use it for lawful interview preparation, learning, and evaluation workflows.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens through your account. Use a real email address you control and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
SystemRound is currently in beta. Features may change, scores may be recalibrated, and parts of the catalog may be revised as we improve the evaluation engine and authored content.
We work hard to keep the product useful and reliable, but beta access does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access to every feature, or that every AI-generated comment will be perfect.
You keep ownership of the answers, diagrams, notes, and other content you submit. You give SystemRound permission to process that content to provide the service, including grading, debrief generation, progress tracking, reliability debugging, and abuse prevention.
Do not submit secrets, credentials, confidential employer information, proprietary source code, regulated personal data, or content you do not have permission to use.
SystemRound feedback is educational interview preparation. Scores, verdicts, and debriefs are generated from authored rubrics and AI-assisted evaluation, and should be treated as practice guidance rather than hiring advice, employment guarantees, or professional certification.
You are responsible for reviewing feedback critically and deciding how to use it in your preparation.
Do not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or attack the service. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, access controls, payment controls, or usage limits. Do not use SystemRound to generate spam, malware, harassment, or unlawful content.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when usage threatens reliability, security, other users, or the integrity of the practice experience.
SystemRound owns the product, interface, rubrics, lessons, problem prompts, checkpoint logic, scoring language, and original written content unless otherwise stated. You may use the service for personal interview preparation, but you may not copy, resell, republish, or build a competing dataset from SystemRound content without permission.
SystemRound is free during beta. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, included limits, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be shown before purchase. We will not charge you unless you intentionally start a paid plan or paid feature.
SystemRound relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, AI processing, analytics, and payment processing if paid plans launch. Your use of the service may involve those providers processing information as described in the Privacy Policy.
SystemRound is provided as an educational product. We do not promise that using it will result in a job offer, interview pass, promotion, or particular employment outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SystemRound is provided without warranties of any kind, and SystemRound will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using SystemRound at any time, and you can contact us to request account deletion.
